Our management team has more than seven decades of combined experience in the high tech and medical industries.

Scott Capdevielle, CEO, Founder

Scott Capdevielle is currently CEO of Syndicom, a software & services company that develops a Collaborative Innovation Network (CIN) software platform. In addition, Syndicom is building CINs for the orthopedic industry helping those community members produce original research, copyrights and patents. In addition, he is managing the early stage development of medical devices and various medically related products.

Prior to founding Syndicom, Mr. Capdevielle was co-founder and CTO of Andromedia from 1995-1999 (acquired by Macromedia). He was Founder and CEO of UNTV inc. 1999-2000. He has held the position of Board of Directors for privately held software companies, held roles of Engineer, Architect, Director - Software Development, Chief Technical Officer and CEO of several technology companies. Mr Capdevielle received his BA in Economics in 1988 from the University of California at Berkeley.

He is currently a managing member of several real estate partnerships in Colorado and New Mexico.

Jim A Youssef, MD, VP, Medical Business Development

Dr. Jim Youssef is a senior partner at Durango Orthopedic Associates, P.C. in Durango, Colorado. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley and his medical degree at the University of California, Irvine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire and a spine fellowship at the University of California, Davis at Sacramento. Dr Youssef is the co-founder of SpineColorado. He has served as a consultant to several private and publicly held spinal implant companies. He serves on several spine editorial boards and has an active clinical research department. He has several publications in peer review journals. He has collaborated on the development of a variety of spinal technologies and holds patents on innovative technology.
