SpineConnect Technology Fellowships are based on the most successful peer-to-peer learning experience, Fellowship Programs. We know that the best training results occur when a recognized expert trains his peers – because he is informed, trusted, and shares many of the same goals. Syndicom takes this model and applies it to the introduction of new products and technologies. Companies place experienced surgeons, “Technology Fellowship Directors”, into groups focused on a particular device or process. These Fellowship Directors are then tasked to run a “Technology Fellowship Program” by posting instructional cases, reviewing their “fellows’” cases and enabling fellows to observe surgeries.
