February 2006 NewsletterThe Emerging Technologies Spine Education Summit took place in Telluride, CO on the 25th through the 28th of January, and by all accounts it was a sterling success. SpineConnect was featured in eight different case presentations. Here's the list:
The case discussions fit nicely in the normal flow of PowerPoint presentations and allowed for respondents to login ahead of time and state their approach to the problem. The format worked perfectly for encouraging discussion and healthy debate. Bright and early on the morning of the 26th, twelve SpineConnect members joined our development team for a round table conversation on shaping the future of SpineConnect. The suggestions were all excellent and we can't thank you enough for your time. For those of you who couldn't make it, the feedback () communication channel is always open. Furthermore, the qualified (board certified or eligible surgeon) attendees of the conference were invited to register with SpineConnect and join the Telluride Group where they will be able to utilize these cases in the future for review and educational purposes. On that note, SpineConnect was also used in the case presentations for the Approaching the Spine Conference in Keystone, CO last Friday and Saturday the 10th and 11th of February. Customer Success Manager, Duffy Brook, was on-site to assist with the case discussions, answer questions and register surgeons interested in the SpineConnect community.
